Guide to Marquee Sizing

Some Helpful Hints
There are so many variables when planning an event that it is impossible to give definite information on accommodation needs. It is possible to give some general guidance as follows:-

Reception :	Waitress Service 4sq ft per person
Reception with bar:	6sq ft per person
Standing Buffet:	Partial Seating 8 sq ft per person
Dining Room:	All seated 10-12 sq ft per person
Dining Room:	All seated with buffet, 12-14st ft per person
Dinner Dance:	14-16sq ft per person
Hospitality:	Reception, bar area and dining ; 18-20sq ft per person
Seated Concert Fashion:	Minimum of 6sq ft per person excluding gangways
